Preston is a vet, so automatically I had to give his gym a try. I’m more on the grappling side of things and he is clearly extremely knowledgeable on his craft and has a genuine love for ju jitsu. Having not performed martial arts for about 25+ years, I wasn’t quite sure how things would go, but he definitely works with you and teaches you based on your current abilities while working with you to get you better with any conditioning or mobility issues that may hold you back a bit. I also put my boys in his kids class and they love going! His patience is unmatched with the kids too! My kids and I very much enjoy the sport so far and he’s a great, knowledgeable guy to have teaching you! 10/10 recommend giving it a try!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated to put in the work. Ashley is passionate, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. I have completed several sessions of personal training with her and can already notice the progress I am making in the short amount of time.

The cardio kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu are great classes offered here as well. The best part of all is children are welcome since they offer a kids Jiu- Jitsu class!

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout.

What is your drop-in policy?

20$ or purchase of a T-shirt

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more then crossfit?

Yes we offer HIIT classes that provide a high intensity workout with simplified movements, as well as yoga, open gym, personal training.
