Preston: As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt with over 8 years of experience, Preston combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of grappling arts and self-defense. His background in Marine Corps Martial Arts and amateur MMA shapes a curriculum that is both practical for self-defense and engaging for skill development. Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or looking to refine your grappling, Preston’s approach will guide you every step of the way.
ASHLEY
Ashley: With over 15 years of experience in health, wellness, and coaching, Ashley specializes in personal training, small group sessions, and individualized nutrition coaching. Her background in college athletics and custom fitness programming ensures every client receives a tailored plan to achieve their unique goals. From improving physical autonomy to cultivating sustainable health habits, Ashley’s guidance empowers you to thrive.
